Because this is a digital product and access is granted immediately, we are not able to offer refunds after you have used the platform. This includes viewing any lessons, answering any practice questions, or taking any practice exams.

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase by emailing [email protected]. Please include the email address you used to purchase and the date of your transaction.

Once we confirm your request and verify that the platform has not been accessed, we will process your refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

We are not able to offer refunds in the following situations:

You have already accessed the study content, including lessons, quizzes, or practice exams. Your 48-hour refund window has passed. You purchased a plan and your access period has already expired.

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

This platform is designed to help improve your chances of passing the Florida Real Estate exam through practice and repetition. We do not guarantee any specific exam results. Refunds are not available based on exam outcomes.
